After retiring as a college soccer coach, I now work as a college soccer recruitment advisor for high school age players (mainly living in the Midwest). It is all about finding the right fit for each student-athlete – academics, soccer, location, school size, cost etc etc. I work personally with high school age soccer players that are looking to get recruited to play at the college level and recei

ve scholarships. Basically, I watch the players in action myself, check their grades and meet with the player and his/her family in their home. I go over NCAA/NAIA rules, the recruitment process and help the family with their decision-making, plan of action etc.
