Shipping changes are coming July 12. AMASTI works closely with the Postal Customer Council and Pitney Bowes to help customers maximize USPS savings, improve packaging strategy, and avoid unnecessary shipping costs.

📢 Postage Rates Are Increasing – Effective July 12

The United States Postal Service has announced proposed postage rate changes pending approval by the Postal Regulatory Commission.

💰 Key Changes:
• First-Class Forever Stamp: 78¢ ➝ 82¢
• Metered Letters (1 oz): 74¢ ➝ 78¢
• Domestic Postcards: 61¢ ➝ 65¢
• International Letters/Postcards: $1.70 ➝ $1.75

📬 What’s Staying the Same:
• Additional ounce remains 29¢

📊 Overall, rates are expected to increase by approximately 4.8%.

💡 What This Means for You

Even with rising postage rates, there are simple ways to reduce your First-Class Mail costs:

• Save with metered mail instead of stamps
• Lower postage by comingle invoices, statements, and check runs through our presort mail program
• Reduce returned mail with NCOA & CASS address verification services
