As you are compiling your OSHA 300 logs data and are unsure about a few cases before you finalize, contact us at [email protected] for a second opinion or consider having URS manage your logs to ensure consistent, compliant decisions that can help avoid unnecessary cost impacts.

As year-end logs get finalized, we often see well-intended “just in case” entries end up on the OSHA 300 Log, especially contusions and musculoskeletal complaints. The challenge is that over-recording can quietly raise your incident rate, and those numbers don’t just live on the log.
