When it's hot out people here drink sweet tea. Now I don't like sweet tea, I like it plain. But as I am getting older I find I am super sensitive to the caffeine in tea. In order to sleep at night I had to start buying decaf tea. That's because I don't drink coffee, soda, or a lot of juice. Water and tea are my go to. Now I sleep a lot better without the caffeine.

Many of you may have heard of reconstitute quartz., but don't know what it is. Here is a run down. Left over bits of quartz is collected. This is the stuff that has severe inclusion, breaks, shatters ect. It ground up, melted to remove any inclusions and impurities. It then allowed to recrystalize. This results in very clear quartz free of imperfections. This is how it can make perfect rose quartz, citrine and amethyst, and crystal balls. This is how crystal singing bowls are made.
