I’m so incredibly thankful for this team! 7 years ago I had no idea how I would find the right people to help me with this business. I had a full schedule and wanted to grow but knew how careful I would need to be with the hiring process. Truthfully, I was stressed and overwhelmed. I prayed that God would make the way and He certainly did. Even now, if someone moves on, another great fit is reaching out with interest to work. Every face you see is one that embodies kindness and integrity. Grateful is an understatement. 💚

Feels good to let my little “help” me clean and not have to worry about compromising his health and safety with harsh chemicals. My biggest concern here is too much water on the hardwoods! 🤣

Admittedly, as a company, we used to use popular all purpose cleaners such as Mrs Myer’s, and while I enjoyed the scents, I learned that they weren’t as “clean” or “green” as made out to be. Zeke was approaching the age where he’d be spending LOTS of time on the floor so I did more research that led to ditching those popular brands. Now, if I could find the perfect mop, because this ain’t it. 😬
