White Marsh Business Network was founded on the premise of our passion to meet new people, grow, and highlight our business and all members of our network family. The co-founders Chuck and Cheryl Youngbar are Realtors that specialize in Central Maryland and Southern Pennsylvania. White Marsh was chosen based on the location of our White Marsh office of Elite Home Team of Samson Properties. The WMB
N group has the goal of adding business owners and managers from all walks of life. In order to give the best attention to promoting all our members we have made the decision to have only one representative from each business type. In our short existence we have been fortunate with businesses from Insurance, Notary and Loan Signing Agent, Home Inspector, Baker and Candy maker, Mortgage Banker, Real Estate Agent and a Hard Money Lender. It has been a great joy to come together on a monthly basis and share what is happening in our current markets, encourage and strategize on ways to boost business. We currently meet at local businesses for coffee and occasionally the afternoon/evening happy hour. Our goal is to promote our member’s local businesses on a regular basis.
