Lyon & Associates, LLC began business in 2008 with a commitment to deliver practical solutions and an unmatchable level of service to its clients. Every year since its establishment we have experienced significant growth by embracing the simple philosophy of "working hard to work again". There is simply no better testament regarding our client's level of satisfaction than the fact that they rehire

us. Since our inception we have worked closely with a wide variety of clients in a number of different capacities. Our list of clients include Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, healthcare facilities, the federal government, public universities, public school districts, and city and county governments. We perform investigative work, develop roofing databases for multiple facility clients, provide guidance for short and long range planning, help our client's maintain their existing roofing assets, design and manage roofing and waterproofing projects from inception to completion. In 2012 Lyon & Associates became a family business when Steve Lyon joined the firm in April as a field technician and Therisa Lyon joined the firm in October as office manager. Steve assists in all field operations and in the office with drafting work. Therisa handles administrative items and as well as managing the operation of the Columbia (Irmo) office. The principal, Rob Lyon, has 26 years of experience in commercial roofing and waterproofing and an unimpeachable track record. He assesses his clients roofing and waterproofing needs, makes recommendations and provides budgets, prepares specifications, performs contract administration, job monitoring and develops preventative maintenance programs. During his tenure as a manufacturer’s representative he was consistently recognized by his employers for delivering excellent service and results to his clients.
