We perform investigative work, develop roofing databases for multiple facility clients, provide guidance for short and long range planning, help our client's maintain their existing roofing assets, design and manage roofing and waterproofing projects from inception to completion. In 2012 Lyon & Associates became a family business when Steve Lyon joined the firm in April as a field technician and Therisa Lyon joined the firm in October as office manager. Steve assists in all field operations and in the office with drafting work. Therisa handles administrative items and as well as managing the operation of the Columbia (Irmo) office. The principal, Rob Lyon, has 26 years of experience in commercial roofing and waterproofing and an unimpeachable track record. He assesses his clients roofing and waterproofing needs, makes recommendations and provides budgets, prepares specifications, performs contract administration, job monitoring and develops preventative maintenance programs. During his tenure as a manufacturer’s representative he was consistently recognized by his employers for delivering excellent service and results to his clients.
