Today we attended the quarterly East Segment all staff meeting at the Ralph Wells Community Center. It was a great turnout with a delicious lunch provided. A brief update on what we've been up to: We're still partnering with Ann Vallie from NHS College on upcoming energy efficiency workshops, we had a pretty good attendance at the last event and have a few more topics we want to cover regarding solar & understanding energy & ways to save on your utility bills. We've also been working with a team from Protogen and we got approved to apply for a couple microgrid & energy storage grants for the tribe (more info on that later if/when awarded the funds). Lastly, we are currently sharing a temporary office at the White Shield Admin. Bldg, rm. 109, due to maintenance our previous office location needs. More updates to come as we continue to grow and get things situated.
