FastXact is hiring a Claims Manager (Remote Position)

We’re looking for someone to help manage roofing insurance claims. This is a fully remote position, so your location doesn’t matter. Prior experience as a claims adjuster is a big plus. If you also know how to write Xactimate estimates, there’s even more earning potential.

Hours and pay will vary week to week. On average, expect around 25 hours of work and about $750 per week. Some weeks may be lighter, others heavier. The job is relatively straightforward—we have solid systems and processes in place to make things smooth.

How confident are you when reading an estimate from the insurance company?

I talk to property owners and contractors every week who admit they don’t understand what they’re looking at—and that confusion can cost you thousands.

This video breaks down how to read an adjuster’s estimate and what to look out for.

Got questions about storm damage claims or insurance paperwork? Drop them in the comments and I’ll get you answers.

Be honest—how many of you are still working straight off the adjuster’s estimate?

If so, you're leaving serious money on the table.

Watch this full video to find out why that approach could be costing you big—and how to change it with minimal risk.

Have questions? Drop them in the comments or send me a DM. I'm here to help.

Let’s be real—how many of you work directly off the adjuster’s estimate?

No judgment, but I know a lot of contractors do it… and end up leaving serious money on the table.

Now imagine this: what if I could show you a way to get 30 to 40% more on your claims...
No major risk.
No drawn-out battles.
Just more money for the same job.

Would you try it?
Drop a yes, no, or any questions you’ve got in the comments—I want to hear how you handle this.

Claim denied for "insufficient damage"? That doesn't always mean the claim is dead. I see this all the time, and many of these denials can be flipped into full approvals with the right approach.

This video explains the process I use to get claims like this reconsidered and approved. It could be the difference between a zero payout and a full scope.

Have you ever had a claim denied like this? Drop your questions in the comments—I want to help more of you win in 2025.

Are you using drones for roof inspections? If not, you should be. Drone photos provide aerial overviews that offer better context, higher accuracy, and faster damage assessments compared to standard rooftop photos. Insurance adjusters and estimate writers can evaluate claims more efficiently when they have a clear, wide-angle view of the damage.

How many of you have crashed a drone? Has anyone crashed more than one? This video will help prevent that from happening again.

If you have any questions about using drones for inspections, drop them in the comments. If you have any questions about the roof inspection process in general, ask away. I have been in the insurance restoration industry for 15 years and am here to help.

🚨 Roofing Contractors: What to Do When Insurance Only Covers Repairs! 🚨
A customer has wind damage on their roof, but the insurance company only wants to pay for repairs—what’s your next move? 🤔

✅ Step 1: Check if the shingles are still available.
To do this, pull a full shingle sample from the roof (make sure it’s intact).

✅ Step 2: Send the shingle to ITEL for analysis.
ITEL will examine the dimensions, color, and availability to determine whether the shingle is still in production or discontinued.

✅ Step 3: If discontinued, ITEL may suggest alternatives.
If ITEL recommends a similar shingle, you’ll need to obtain it and attempt repairs—but this doesn’t always mean it’s a perfect match. If the replacement doesn’t work, you may have a stronger case for a full roof replacement.

📖 Want the full breakdown? I’ve got an eBook that walks you through this process step by step!

🚨 Contractors: Stop Leaving Money on the Table! 🚨

If you’re working directly off the insurance company’s estimate, you’re making a BIG mistake. That estimate is just an initial offer—and it’s typically 30-40% lower than what you should actually be paid.

✅ You should be creating your own Xactimate estimate based on YOUR inspection.
✅ Include everything the insurance company missed—this is called a rebuild supplement.
✅ Most contractors accept lowball offers without realizing it. Don’t make that mistake!

💬 Have questions? Drop them in the comments—I’ll answer every single one. Let’s make 2025 your most profitable year yet! 💰🔥

🚨 Contractors & Adjusters: Are You Maximizing Your Insurance Claims? 🚨

✅ Are you negotiating with the insurance company to ensure you get paid what you deserve?

If not, you're leaving money on the table. This video breaks it all down! 📹 Watch now and drop any questions in the comments—I’m here to help.
