💗 ​Sabbath Shalom... ​My favorite time of the week has arrived. For me, the "Soft Life" isn’t just a trend; it’s a lifestyle of being gentle with yourself which is a Biblical commandment. To live softly is to honor the temple God gave you and to walk in the peace He promised.

​My Sabbath reset begins every Friday evening. It’s not just a desire or a good decision; it’s a divine requirement to rest, reflect, and restore.

​SABBATH: I start by silencing the world to hear His voice. I’m currently pouring into my Creative Bible and Daily Blessings devotional.

Silent Transformation.

There is a profound power in the quiet. Silence is softness.

I’m currently easing into a low-carb lifestyle and I refuse to call it a "diet." This transition is soft, easy, and intentional. Take this breakfast, for example: made in minutes, extremely delicious, and glowing in the morning light.

I am neither hungry nor overstuffed. I am simply at ease. I am content.

Every area of my life will continue to reflect the Soft Luxury CEO. A CEO must prioritize her temple in order to sustain her empire. I may not be a "fitness girl," and I’m not at my final silhouette yet, but I am deeply in love with every version of myself on this journey.

God is the greatest coach. I’m just following the lead.
