A Friday phone call. A Sunday decision. A Monday that changed everything. 💛
Here’s another piece of the BroCro story you might not know: Chad’s mom actually started the screen printing business!
After she retired from teaching, Chad talked her into giving screen printing a try in the shop he and Scott shared. She bought the equipment, completed the training along with dad, and got things rolling.
But after a short time, she decided it wasn’t for her. On a Friday, she called Chad to let him know.
By Sunday, Chad called her back with a decision: “I’ll buy the equipment.”
Then on Monday, Brandt walked in looking for a job—with screen printing experience already under his belt. Talk about timing!
Ten years later, thankfully Brandt is still here, and that equipment purchase helped set the course for what BroCro would become.
So part of our story starts with a retired teacher willing to try something new, a weekend decision, and the right person walking through the door at just the right time and Dad willing to stay on to "help as we need him." (Which quickly turned into a solid part-time gig for him.)
