Job Title: Sign Fabricator & Sign Installer
Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Sign Fabricator & Sign Installer to join our team. This position involves fabricating, assembling, and installing a wide variety of interior and exterior signage for commercial clients. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment.

Responsibilities
Fabricate custom signs using aluminum, acrylic, vinyl, PVC, ACM, and other sign materials.
Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and installation plans.
Operate fabrication equipment and hand/power tools safely and efficiently.
Install signs at customer locations, including wall signs, channel letters, monument signs, banners, window graphics, vehicle graphics, and directional signage.
Measure, level, and secure signs to ensure proper alignment and professional appearance.
Perform basic electrical connections for illuminated signs (preferred but not required).
Load, unload, and transport signs and materials safely.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and company vehicle.
Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company procedures.
Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
Qualifications
Previous experience in sign fabrication, sign installation, construction, carpentry, welding, or a related trade is preferred.
Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
Experience using hand tools and power tools.
Comfortable working outdoors and at heights using ladders, lifts, and scaffolding.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Welding, electrical, or CDL experience is a plus but not required.

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Sign Technician to join our team. This position involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide variety of signs, including illuminated and non-illuminated signage.
Responsibilities:
Install, service, and repair signs (LED, electrical, vinyl, channel letters, monuments, etc.)
Perform electrical troubleshooting and basic wiring
Operate lifts, ladders, and hand/power tools safely
Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and layouts
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Requirements:
Experience as a sign technician or related trade (preferred)
Knowledge of electrical systems and sign components
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to work at heights and lift heavy materials
Strong attention to detail and safety
Preferred (but not required):
Electrical certification
Crane or bucket truck experience
Vinyl application experience
