Since becoming a technician, she completed online training and gained extensive hands-on experience across multiple departments. Her ability to learn quickly and apply new skills is noticed by supervisors and peers.
Often, Hailie only needs to observe a task once or receive minimal instruction before taking ownership and successfully completing the work independently. She shows strong work ethic and natural leadership abilities. Placed as a lead technician within her first six weeks she successfully delivered quality results that led to our customer's approval and satisfaction.
