KMS LLC has recently expanded our growing operations to our warehouse in Hutchinson, KS. Our Hutchinson warehouse holds the majority of our goods available for sale, both for wholesale and eCommerce. With our primary offices located in Wichita our growing eCommerce business is needing assistance at our warehouse in Hutchinson to assist with item listings, providing inventory details to Wichita staff when requested, and assistance in the processing of customer returns. The first two weeks of training will take place at our offices in Wichita. After that time will be split approximately 80% in Hutchinson and 20% in Wichita. By the end of 2021 all duties will then be in Hutchinson.
Duties:
Listing small quantities of goods on eBay.com, Amazon.com, etc.
Emailing product pictures and other details to the Wichita eCommerce team for larger buys.
Working with the eCommerce customer service manager to report daily customer returns and occasionally inspect items that are returned.
Maintain accurate inventory levels for listings created and assist occasionally with physical counts of goods for accurate inventory reporting in Wichita.
Work with the existing Hutchinson warehouse team to ensure new products arriving are reported to the Wichita eCommerce director.
Required skills:
Attention to detail and a strong grasp of English grammar in the occasion that copywriting for a listing is required.
Experience with computers and eCommerce platforms such as buying from eBay and Amazon. Experience with Microsoft Office is a must (primarily Outlook, Excel and Teams)
Ability to adapt to a constantly-changing sales landscape and product mix.
Ability to travel between Hutchinson and Wichita when required.
Preferred skills:
The ideal candidate will have experience selling online through Amazon, eBay or other eCommerce platform.
Experience with the Adobe Suite (primarily Acrobat, Photoshop and Illustrator).
Open hours are 8am - 4:30pm M-F, 30-40 hours a week depending on candidate availability. The first two weeks will be spent in Wichita training, followed by 3-4 months of 4 days a week in Hutchinson and 1 day in Wichita, followed after by working fully in Hutchinson.
