Thanks for visiting this morning, Girls on the Run Heart of Kansas! Executive Director, Christy Thomas, shared the importance of integrating social-emotional skills with physical activity to help young girls grow into confident women.

Girls on the Run is not a run club - it's a nonprofit which aims to empower young women. Want to get involved? Consider coaching a chapter at a local school or attending a GOTR event.

Four weeks from tomorrow, the Delano Paddy Day Parade will hit the streets of the Delano district! We were lucky enough to hear from Ron Knackstedt, one of the parade organizers, this morning.

Though he had to hustle off to another meeting and missed our weekly selfie, Ron gave us some great information about the Parade!
➡️ The food truck zone is doubling in size this year
➡️ Parade entries are completely full so get excited for a ton of beautiful floats
➡️ Profits from the Parade benefit Delano-area nonprofits
➡️ There are still sponsorship opportunities available
➡️ Expect lots of giveaways and prizes
➡️ Big ol' kid zone with pickleball, balloons, clowns, and more!

We're so excited for the Delano Paddy Day Parade and so grateful that Ron joined us this morning!

Between the holidays, snow days, and just plain busy days, it's been hard to get the whole gang together lately!

But we're still here. We're still thriving. We're still working hard to build better businesses (and better people).

We were joined last week by Rachel Thomas from INTRUST Bank Arena. She told us what it's like behind the scenes at concerts, athletic events, and more. If you missed it, you missed some great insight into Wichita's biggest arena!

Two weeks ago, we talked CRMs and keeping up with a growing network. It was some deep conversation - and it was awesome.
