Hi, I’m Dillon, owner of High Standard.

After spending the last 10 years building businesses in Wichita, I knew exactly how I wanted to build this one.

I wanted a company people could count on. One that shows up, communicates well, works hard, and takes pride in every job, whether it’s a single trailer load or a large demolition project.

My wife and I are raising five kids, and every day I’m reminded that they’re always watching. I want them to see what it looks like to work hard, keep your word, and take pride in what you do. That’s the same mindset I bring to High Standard.

Whether we’re tearing out flooring, handling demolition, hauling construction debris, cleaning up after storms, or tackling the jobs that others don’t want to mess with, my goal is always the same: treat every project like it’s my own.

High Standard isn’t just a name I thought sounded good. It’s the expectation I hold myself to every single day. I know trust is earned, not given, and I’m committed to earning it with every customer we work with.

This project had us working alongside Great Plains Floor Hero, removing the existing flooring and getting everything stripped down and ready for the next phase. Clean demo work means a smoother installation process and fewer surprises once the new flooring goes in.
