Since November 3rd, 1967 Ross Anderson has been a pillar of the Farmers Insurance community in Wichita, KS. On August 31st, 2026 he closed his office for the last time as he has finally decided to retire.

Farmers Insurance - District 72 would like to thank Farmers Insurance: Ross Anderson Insurance Agency for 59 years of faithful service to his community, his clients, and most of all his family. We hope you enjoy your retirement Ross, you have earned it!

Shocker Career Accelerator kicks off the semester with the Career Connection Root B**r Kegger from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 26 on the east lawn of Hubbard Hall.

Students enjoy free root b**r and hot dogs while connecting with 40+ employers, exploring career opportunities and getting career tips from the Shocker Career Accelerator.
