Are you activating your data?
It’s not enough to collect data if you’re not using it to inform decisions. After all, if we don’t apply our data, we’re just looking at numbers and spreadsheets.
To better understand your customers, examine the data points like a narrative. Just like in your high school AP Literature class, examine the rising action, conflict and resolution within the data’s story.
If you’re actively using data to tell a story, you can be in charge of the ending.
