"Culture" might feel like a buzzword these days — but at Keycentrix, it’s a pillar we live by.
One of our core values is Trust and Belonging, and today’s Puzzle Palooza relay was a fun, hands-on way to bring that to life.
Each teammate had just 3 minutes to work on the puzzle. Teammates could offer hints and encouragement—but no touching the puzzle! Only one person could be hands-on at a time.
So, why puzzles?
Because they’re the perfect metaphor for what we believe about people and culture:
🧩 Every Piece Matters
Just like puzzle pieces, each person brings something unique. We need all shapes, skills, and perspectives to make the full picture.
🤝 Fitting Together Requires Trust
We rely on each other to show up, stay aligned, and connect. Trust is the "click" that holds us together.
🌟 The Full Picture Only Comes Together When Everyone Belongs
Without all the pieces, something’s missing. Belonging means every voice is included—and every person is valued.
😬 Mismatches Cause Friction
When pieces are forced or left out, the puzzle doesn’t work. Same with teams—without trust and inclusion, things don’t click.
