24 years ago today in 2001, Lauren and I walked into Redrock Canyon Grill to start what we thought was just another job. Neither of us could have imagined the journey it would take us on.

From that first day, we’ve built something special together—A&M Management, Deano’s Grill & Tapworks, Oak & Pie, Stearman Airfield Bar & Grill, Deano’s West, Greystone Steak & Seafood, and now our latest and greatest, Morgan’s Steakhouse in Derby.

It’s been an unbelievable ride—24 years of hard work, late nights, big risks, and even bigger rewards. But most importantly, it’s been 24 years of trust, friendship, and a shared vision.

Lauren, I couldn’t imagine doing this without you. Here’s to what we’ve built, and to everything still ahead.
