📍 Wichita, KS | First Shift | On-the-Job Training | Climate-Controlled Shop
Are you looking to get off the hot jobsite and into a cool, air-conditioned shop? Lustercraft Plastics is now hiring a Window Well Cover Assembler to help build our custom egress window well covers — you can see them at lustercraft.com!
This is a great opportunity for someone with basic construction or shop experience (framing, carpentry, general labor) who wants steady work, a positive team, and room to grow.
🔧 What You'll Do:
Use woodworking tools (table saw, chop saw, drill press, etc.)
Read build sheets and customer orders
Measure and cut materials accurately
Ensure quality workmanship
Occasionally assist with outdoor installations
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Experience with basic shop tools and measuring
Strong attention to detail
Dependable and on time
Willing to learn and work independently after training
Positive attitude and respect for coworkers
