Happy Mothers Day to my Pinkster Moms!!! I hope your families showed you how much you are loved and appreciated!!!

Today, Monday, May 11 is graduation day for my Grandaughter, Annabel. So I will be closing the shop at 3:00 so I can get Dan around and we can go. It's being held at Koch Arena so it will take a little more maneuvering to get him in the Arena.

This weekend I have a two'fer. First, on Saturday, May 16 is Downtown Mayhem at Salty Cycles in Hutchinson. Come by the shop and check out the flyer for hours.

On Sunday, I'll be at the Beaumont Biker Breakfast. Jeannie has been updating the buffet breakfast and its better than ever. I do plan to be there this month. I apologize to everyone for missing it last month. Dan fell and really hurt his knee to the point he wasn't walking. I didn't feel comfortable leaving him at home alone.

Also, next week, I believe on Thursday, the shop will be closed for the day due to Dan having another proceedure.

Good morning, Pinksters. The shop will be closed today and possibly Thursday. I missed 1 of Dan's appts and had to take what the Dr could give me to make it up, which ended up being in the middle of the afternoon today.

Also I have some business I need to do in Oklahoma on Thursday. I hope to get it done early and be back in time to open the shop. If not, I'll be in the shop Friday.

If you miss me this week in the shop, don't hesitate to come out to Salty Sunday this weekend. Just like in the shop, I'll be happy to sew all your patches on!

Good afternoon, Pinksters! After the fiasco that was Dan's pacemaker last week, I was put way behind on my embroidery. So to catch-up with that, I'm closing up the shop at 4:00 this week. Don't worry, I've been opening about 10:00 most mornings. And most of you know, no matter what time or what day it is, if my truck is parked in the parking lot, I'm open.

With that said, its almost 4:00 so I need to start bringing stuff in. Stay safe out there!! Love ya!

Good morning, Pinksters! It looks like I'm going to be out of the shop today and tomorrow for sure. Dan was supposed to get a pacemaker yesterday but the one the doc wanted to use wouldn't work for him. So they're going to try again today with a more traditional style. If all goes well he'll be released tomorrow. If he does okay at home, I'll be in the shop on Friday. I'm also considering coming into the shop on Saturday, but that's not a for sure thing.

Good afternoon, Pinksters!! 2026 has gotten off to a rolling start!!!

I've got a few things to let you know. I will be closed on Tuesday, April 14. Dan has a procedure on that day that will need my attention all day. I'll be open tomorrow, Monday and open the rest of the week starting Wednesday.

Is there a Pinkster out there with a portable welding machine? 1 of the wheel brackets on my sidewalk sign came off, the welds broke. It only has 1 wheel now. I would love it if someone would come fix it for me!

The Bike Show for ABATE District 12 in Emporia was a great event!!! There were a lot of beautiful bikes there and the trophies were custom made for the show!

My phone is telling me its dying so I'll just tell you all to stay safe out there! Love ya!!

Good morning, Pinksters!! I hope everyone had a wonderful, loving Valentines Day!!

We've been doing some cleaning at my house and as most of you know, we lost my Harley this last September. A couple of years ago, Dan modified a 3-wheeler for him and it was really cute, I'm not talking about Harley's stroller. We decided we no longer need it so if anyone has a use for it, I've got it here at the shop and I'll be happy to give it to you. 1st one to come and claim it can take it home.

Good afternoon, Pinksters!! I'm sorry I haven't given you any updates lately, Meta has changed how I switch between my personal FB page and my business page. I accidently just found it so here I am. I hope I can it again!

I had my first event of the season at Dallas Winter Bike Show in El Dorado, KS They had a really good turn out for a 1st time. I'll be back next year!

The S.M.I.L.E. put on by ABATE of OK is March 21st and things really start rockin' and rollin' in April! The first Biker Breakfasts start. April 5 starts the 2nd season for Salty Sunday at Salty Cycles in Hutchinson and the Beaumont, KS Biker Breakfast is April 19. I have ABATE Spring Fling Bike Show on April 11 in Emporia. I'll be in Watonga, OK for the 2nd time, the weekend of April 24, 25 & 26. The season is shaping up to be another great year! Come out and see me at all 4 of these great events!!!

And here is my BIG news . . . 2026 is my 20th year in business and still going strong!! 20 years of Keeping Bikers in Stitches!

Good morning, Pinksters! I'm at the shop now until noon. Dan had an appt this morning but they called and changed it to this afternoon. But I think I'll be in the shop my regular hours tomorrow. I'll be here all day. I'll be closed Thursday and Friday but I'll be available for appts as I'll be in town all weekend.

Merry Christmas, Pinksters!! I hope all of you are ready, I'm not!! Oh well.

Dan and I have an appt this afternoon. I honestly thought it had been rescheduled but no, I was mistaken, it's today. I'm available for appts today if you absolutely need me to do something for Christmas. I'll be in the shop all day tomorrow only this week as we continue to get ready for Christmas. I'll also be in the shop next week, Monday thru Wednesday. I apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

Good evening, Pinksters!! Here's my schedule update: the shop will be closed tomorrow, December 10 due to Dr's appts. But I'll be open regular hours Thursday and Friday. Next week, on Monday, December. 15, Dan has a late morning appt. I may open late but I will be here! Wednesday, Dec 17 and Thursday, Dec. 18, I'll be closed again, for more Dan appts. At this point, it appears I will be in the shop Mon. and Tues. Christmas week. I apologize for any inconvenience but remember, I'm available for appointments at the shop if needed. Good afternoon, Pinksters! Again, I apologize for not giving you more notice. I'll admit it, Dan and I are getting old. As old people we need to see the Doctor more often, it doesn't help we let our health take a back seat and it's catching up to us. Having said that, we both have procedures starting this afternoon. I'm closing the shop today at 3:00 to prepare for the procedures we have tomorrow and Friday. But I'll be in the shop at 8:00am on Monday. Then I'll be closed on the 10th for another appointment. We have a couple more appts the next week but I'm going to stop here for now. I can't tell you how appreciative I am for your patience!!! I hope things will be better in the new year.

Also, I think it's a good time to remind everyone, if I'm at the shop, I'm open and it doesn't matter if my OPEN sign is on or not. For those of you who don't know, when I'm in the shop, I usually keep my door locked. I've been in this location for 15 years and I know the neighborhood. For the most part, it's a good neighborhood but there have been times . . . So it's better to be safe than sorry.

OH I have 1 more event this year. Salty Cycles in Hutchinson is having a Christmas Bazaar on December 13 at their store. So come out for some great ideas and deals for Christmas for that special someone! I will be there too and ready to sew whatever you have left over from this season or new patches so everyone is ready for next season. It will be here before you know it!!

If you're riding in these temps, stay extra safe out there, most 4 wheelers will be assuming it's too cold to ride and won't be looking for you!
