For under $100, some companies try to lock you into a contract, while others only treat the exterior and come inside only when there’s a problem. In some cases, if they can’t reach you after a few attempts, they’ll simply spray the outside and leave a bill for the full amount.

At Brown Reclusinator, we do things differently. We always treat both the inside and outside of your home, and we schedule appointments when you will be present. We don’t require contracts, but we do offer discounts for customers who stay on a quarterly service plan.

For homes under 2,500 sq. ft., we can get your cost down to $99 per visit, with an initial service starting at $150.00.
