Completing a Legacy Book is always a little bittersweet. As I spend time listening to someone’s life stories and creating their book, I get to know them in a very real and personal way.

I recently finished a book that was especially meaningful. Not long after we completed his interviews, the narrator unexpectedly passed away. His daughter has repeatedly expressed how thankful she is that his memories have been preserved for their family.

Betty discovered this at the bottom of a box of old photographs, and it reminded her of when she first met her future husband. Restoring the photograph, and preserving her memory of that first meeting, means their children and grandchildren now know how their story began.
