Had our usual lunch at The Artichoke Sandwichbar on Monday. What a great place! Staff that remembers what you like to drink how you like your sandwich. I had wonderful chile. Yum

Kernels Popcorn Express has the best popcorn! I bought the Classic Mix (Carmel, Cheese and Buttered) yesterday. It is so fresh and delicious! Yum

N & J Cafe is such a treat! Wonderful Middle Eastern food, friendly staff, good service. It is at Lincoln and Edgmoor near the origninal Southeast High School. They even have tasty desserts! Yum

Had lunch/brunch at Doo-Dah Diner on Saturday with my wonderful family. The banana bread French toast is gluten-free and so wonderful. The spinach salad is wonderful (do you think the salad will subtract the calories from the French Toast?-Hoping so! Just one more wonderful local eatery here is Wichita, Kansas

Reverie Coffee Roasters is a wonderful place on East Douglas to meet for coffee. The decor is well suited to the old brick building and the neighborhood. Yummy coffee and treats!

The Good Egg Wichita is a wonderful place to eat. Brunch on Saturday was delightful. The food is fresh and delicious and the service is so good!

Nifty Nut House Wichita is still one of the "local gems" in our City. If you haven't been in ever or you haven't been lately you owe it to yourself to visit. They have so many varieties of candy and nuts. Everything is so fresh and delicious! Go now before the Holiday Season. The Monarch in Delano is a great place for food and drink. The atmosphere is so fun and welcoming. The food is great and the selection of drink is remarkable!

Beautiful Day Cafe is a wonderful place to eat. It is at 2516 East Central. They offer gluten free or vegan or vegetarian options. You don't have to have special food needs to enjoy a meal however.
I had a wonderful sandwich, chips and apple pie, yum! My lunch companions had sandwiches, salads and apple pie!
