In response to the current atmosphere of the game and also in partial response to Brian's post, on behalf of the Cerroneth Management team, staff, and the owner of SOLAR MS, I want to take a moment to offer assurance and understanding to all of the people that are a part of our community that we are listening.
As management and staff, we make ourselves available to assist in whatever appropriate way we can.
We encourage you to continue to talk with us. If you have an issue, find us in person at events or email management (see the page banner above) between events. Don't hesitate to nudge us for updates on ongoing issues if it's been awhile. Some things take time to investigate and resolve effectively.
Also keep in mind that management and staff are no substitute for the legal system, nor are we trained in legal investigation, but we promise to take concerns seriously and investigate to the best of our ability to reach a resolution within our scope. Even if management cannot and/or should not directly affect your issue, be assured that we will listen.
In return, our request to you is that you abide by our game's code of conduct. Treat everyone with respect whether you feel like they have earned/deserve it or not. That is it. The rest is up to you.
A more detailed informational post that will include our game's code of conduct will follow in the coming days. I hope that you all take time to read it if you have not done so already. Even if you have read it, please take another look.
I want to make sure that each and every one of you that considers yourselves a Cerronethian or even just helps us entertain for a weekend, know that you are cared for to the best of our ability without any false claims nor sense of grandeur from us as management and staff. We have to know our limitations and strive to not step beyond those limits as a game and as a community.
Our community is one of the greatest/oddest/most amazing/beautiful/quirky/compassionate/et al group of people that has ever been assembled. I feel like I can speak for not only the management team and owner, but even for our staff, in stating that it is always our pleasure to be in service to such a wonderful group of people.
