Have small engine and diesel technician experience, strong organizational skills, and a knack for communicating with customers? Put your knowledge to work supporting our service team!

Logger Shop & Construction Equipment, a Superior Equipment Solutions Company, is hiring in Wilkesboro, NC.

Your primary focus will be keeping service work organized and moving:
• Schedule repairs and prepare detailed, accurate work orders.
• Clearly communicate customers’ repair needs to technicians.
• Research repair procedures through OEM service platforms.
• Follow up with customers on repair status.
• Successfully complete required OEM service training and follow manufacturer requirements and our standard operating procedures.

This is primarily a coordination role, with the ability to step in and perform hands-on repairs when needed.
