Willard Firefighters Local 4468 Willard Fire Fighters - IAFF Local 4468 represents the full-time firefighters at Willard Fire & Rescue who are a part of the bargaining unit.

Willard Professional Firefighters proudly serve the City of Willard and four surrounding townships which include Greenfield Twp, New Haven Twp, Norwich Twp, and Richmond Twp.
