Martin Rubber in Willcox, AZ is seeking a full-time general laborer.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to prep materials for molding with the least amount of waste

• Must be able to follow directions and keep track of quantities when producing products

• High attention to detail regarding quality of items produced

• Ability to understand job scheduling to meet specific order quantities and deadlines

• Understanding of finishing processes and shipping requirements by customer
Days of operation are Monday through Friday with paid Holidays. Benefits include medical, dental and vision reimbursement and 401k available after the appropriate waiting period.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Previous manufacturing / warehouse experience preferred

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and any future randoms

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely

• Good communication skills with ability to work both independently and with others

• Fork lift experience preferred
