A family-owned vineyard and winery, Carlson Creek Vineyard was established in 2009 in Willcox, Arizona and is now the third largest vineyard in the state. The 320-acre vineyard is located 4200 feet above sea level, similar in terroir to that of Rhone, France, allowing for the perfect balance of warm Arizona sun combined with crisp, cool evenings. The result is a wine portfolio that is smooth and u
nderstated, yet approachable. Varietals include Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Syrah, Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Malbec, Rosé and Mourvedre, with Chenin Blanc and Merlot varietals being locally sourced. Three tasting rooms – one in the historic town center of Willcox, AZ and another in the arts and entertainment district of Scottsdale, AZ – allow the opportunity to sample the wines, meet the winemakers and purchase brand apparel. The Carlson Creek Wine Society allows members to receive three annual shipments of the vineyard’s finest wines, invitations to members-only events, complimentary tastings and discounts on wine purchases. Complimentary to join, members are only charged for the wine received per shipment. Shipping is currently available to 40 states.
