Gentle reminder that having armpit and leg hair is natural. Skin is supposed to be textured. Cellulite is not bad or ugly. Showing skin does not mean you’re asking for it. You do not need any kind of makeup to be beautiful. We are sexual beings that CAN exist without being sexualized by our appearance alone.

Through all of the chaos the world is experiencing, I’ve still seen so much activism and continued protesting that I’m incredibly inspired and humbled by. Thank you for fighting, for standing up for what’s right, and for being who you are.

Just some facts in case you need to check your brainwashing and privilege...
- Climate change is real and we are not doing enough about it.
- No human is illegal.
- White privilege is a real thing.
- If you’re living in the USA, you’re living on stolen land.
- Jesus wasn’t white.
- Black lives matter.
- Blue lives isn’t a thing- you can take off your badge, they can’t take off the color of their skin.
- Defund the police and lets create a better way to treat injustice, mental health, violence, etc while also creating more homes, accessible programs, and HELP to this who are in need.
- Reproductive rights are human rights .
- LGBTQA+ lives matter just as much as cis white ones.
- EveryBODY deserves respect, kindness, equality, and rights.
- Respect gender pronouns and preferred names.
- Question and rethink the ideals you were raised on - you do not have to agree with your parents.
- Stop buying plastic (if you are financially able and have clean, other options available to you).
- Activism and reform not thoughts and prayers.
- Nothing (the economy, your white privilege, your church, your business, your mansion, your money) matters anymore if we don’t have our planet
- If you’re offended, ask yourself why.

We just left our cozy camping spot at and as always, I’m feeling connected and rejuvenated yet I still struggle with not overwhelming myself with my ‘to-do’ list at home.

Thing is, as productive as I try to be, as many things as I want to get done, I know that if I don’t rest and take time to get away from it all (social media, the business, planning for classes, etc.), I am LESS productive than I am with a break.

Where do you need a break? Where in your schedule can you PLAN for a break? For me, it’s taking class, getting the dogs out of the house, and making dinner with my fiancé. What about you? 🤍🌿
