SNOW gathered for our annual Memorial Garden Dedication, a cherished tradition honoring Patient Ambassadors whose voices, stories, and contributions have made a lasting impact on Snow.

Each year, this dedication gives us an opportunity to recognize the meaningful role these Ambassadors have played in our work and the perspectives they so generously shared with our teams. We are grateful for the opportunity to have known and learned from these remarkable individuals and to carry the impact of their contributions forward in the work we do every day.

Small acts of kindness can make a meaningful difference.

In recognition of Patient Appreciation Month, our Williamsburg and New York teams assembled activity and comfort kits for local children’s hospitals, with items selected for patients ranging from infants through adolescents.

It's a simple way for us to bring a little extra comfort and joy to kids during their time in the hospital and another way to keep patients at the heart of what we do.

Meet Ella, one of the amazing people on our experience design strategy team here at SNOW.

On our patient support services team by day—outside of work you'll find her running in Central Park with her husband and mini Labradoodle, Steve. Or hopping on a flight just to catch a concert (yes, she once flew to Sweden for Taylor Swift).

For Ella, it's the people that make SNOW what it is: "Our teams bring different skills and specialties," she says, "but they complement each other in ways that can really elevate the patient experience as a whole.

For Patient Appreciation Month, we were lucky enough to host an event called Full Circle, featuring one of our Senior Advocacy & Recruitment Specialists, Amalia, in conversation with a Patient Ambassador whose journey continues to inspire us every day.
