Google My Business Profile Suspended?

Have you experienced a Google My Business Profile suspension and survived it? We want to share some tips on how we survived the suspension. If your Google My Business Profile is suspended or you need assistance with verifying information in your profile, visit the Google Community Support Forum and chat with the experts. According to the forum, there have been a lot of suspensions; Google is taking 25 to 30 days to address suspended accounts. Our account was suspended but was reinstated within 4-weeks with the assistance of an expert in the forum.

When posting about your GMB profile, include the following in your post. We recommend chatting with the experts in the forum BEFORE submitting your reinstatement form (if the account has been suspended); they will provide direction on issues they see on their end and confirm when you should submit the form. Patience is the key when waiting for a response from the experts and after you submit your reinstatement form. Hope this helps!
