We're really excited to introduce All-Wise Meadery to the Texas market! Based in Brooklyn, All-Wise specializes in producing dry, expressive meads produced with minimal intervention, allowing the locally-sourced honeys and botanical ingredients to truly shine through. Given the natural fermentation approach, these meads live and continue to develop deep complexities in the bottle.

In addition to two excellent "show" meads (showcasing their base honey alone), this first shipment also includes Rhodomel (w/ brier rose petals), Oolong (w/ Oolong tea) and Southern Sunset (w/ hibiscus). Look for them all around the state now!
