🌸 NEW RELEASE 🌸

Stoics! The first release of the 2025 cider season is now in bottle, and we couldn’t think of a better pour to compliment the remaining warm days of summer and early fall.. Always a crowd favorite, welcome back to the lineup 🌸🌺 BLOOM 🌺🌸

A constantly evolving blend, the 2025 found its harmony as a 55/45 blend of Calville Blanc d’Hiver and Golden Russet apples grown by Adams County’s own Big Hill Cider | Farm Crafted Hard Cider! A dry and incredibly approachable pour, this blend presents beautiful notes of lemon custard, wildflower honey, banana and bright acidity; while remaining easy on the palate at 7.8% ABV.

As always, we’ll have Bloom available in 750ml bottles at Hillstone Farms and any of our weekend pop-ups, but new for this year is the rollout of kegged Bloom!

PA Cider Fest! We’re COMIN’ IN HOT and can’t wait to party with you all this Saturday!

In an attempt to make sure we are properly stocked and not leaving anyone short on bottles, we’re asking that if you intend on purchasing larger quantities of specific bottles, please DM us prior to 8pm Friday evening (6/12) with your order and we’ll be happy to set them aside ahead of time.

🌼🌸Happy Spring, Stoics! 🌸🌼

We've been a bit “social-media-quiet” lately, but rest assured- The winery has been a frenzy of activity prepping all of your favorite warm weather pours!

With blossoms beginning to pop, abundant sunshine and the quiet buzz of bees filling the air, we thought it would only be fitting that our first release of the 2025 season be a bright, citrusy fan favorite:

🐝🍯🌞 ‘42’ CYSER 🌞🍯🐝

The ‘25 returns with a predominantly Goldrush base, but new for this bottling we also blended in small percentages of Golden Russet, Calville Blanc and Dabinett apples. When fermented and backsweetened with beautiful orange blossom honey, the end result is a delightful, refreshing pour with tingly bubbles and just the right amount of natural honey sweetness.
