Up to $22.00/hr. starting wage. Fully skilled & experienced pay up to $28-30/hr. Overtime 1.5x hourly, is common and not limited.
Skilled and unskilled workers needed for a growing 2nd generation family-owned striping company that services customers in the Mid-Michigan area and major logistics, distribution and warehouse construction & infrastructure customers across the nation. We will train you to become a highly skilled and sought after trades person in a very niche market. Our work is a cross between indoor and outdoor. We offer fully paid training, variable hours, potential for fully paid travel, assistance with health insurance premiums, investment savings matching and plenty of overtime on a regular basis.
Our work requires someone willing to expand their current skills or learn a whole new set of skills. We have massive potential growth for individuals capable and willing to put in the effort and dedication to become a valuable part of our growing company.
We are looking for self-starting, capable workers looking to become skilled leaders and project foreman that we can entrust to handle any type of problem-solving situation our work encounters, work independently and lead teams of others. We are willing to offer higher compensation accordingly to employees who can grow to meet those standards. College degree not necessary but a desire to learn a very rewarding set of skills is a must.
