Great Lakes Elevator We are excited to announce the beginning of a new alternative for the installation, modernization, repair and maintenance of elevators in Michigan!

As a new business, Great Lakes Elevator has established an alliance with Delaware Elevator. Delaware Elevator has provided outstanding elevator installation and service since 1946 and is well established in several States including Delaware, Virginia, Pennsylvania, DC, North Carolina, Maryland, Florida Minnesota, and California. We perform specialty projects in many other states as well and intern

ationally. We are a merit shop contractor with flexibility and we and our employees are not encumbered by union or organized labor, providing an opportunity to building owners, managers and general contractors that has not been available- a true low cost provider with excellent quality! The Great Lakes Elevator team is led by Scott Simmons. With over 30 years of elevator experience, Scott has held positions ranging from installation to National Director of Installation for Otis and Thyssen Krupp.
