Appliance tip #1
Gas stove - burner not lighting
One of the most common causes of a gas burner not lighting is a clogged or***ce. Each burner has a small brass or***ce where the gas comes out.
If anything is obstructing the or***ce, the burner will not light, or will have a very small flame.
Take a safety pin and clean out the or***ce. If the pin does not fit into the hole, DON'T TRY TO FORCE IT as this can permanently damage the or***ce.
