🌿 What do you do to take care of your health and wellness? 🌿

Our health is the foundation of everything we do, and taking care of it is more important than ever. I’d love to hear what YOU do to prioritize your well-being!

Here are a few things I do to take care of mine:

🌲 Hiking and spending time in nature – It's my ultimate recharge and brings me mental clarity.

🌟 Taking good quality multivitamins and focusing on nutrition – Fueling my body with what it needs to thrive.

🧘‍♀️ Meditation – Helps me stay centered, reduce stress, and connect with myself daily.

🌑 Are You Superstitious? What Do You Think About Friday the 13th? 🌑

Do you avoid black cats, walking under ladders, or traveling on this "unlucky" day? Friday the 13th has long been a day surrounded by mystery and superstition. But how did this date get such a bad reputation? 🤔

Some believe the fear stems from the Last Supper, where 13 people were present before Jesus was crucified on a Friday. Others think it goes back to ancient Norse mythology, where the trickster god Loki crashed a banquet, becoming the 13th guest and causing chaos.

In modern times, it’s a day of caution for some, while others see it as just another Friday. 😅
