We are excited to be welcoming two new practices to our space, giving our patients even more opportunities to support their health and wellbeing, all under one roof.

🌿Renewal Physical Therapy: Our goal is to provide our clients with the most compassionate, impactful, and evidence-based pelvic physical therapy care possible. As experts in orthopedic care, we are able to address issues like urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pain, and more with an affective full-body lens.

We pride ourselves on being inclusive and trauma-aware. Dr. Kaleigh Mulpeter PT, DPT, Dr. Andrea Heelan PT, DPT, Dr. Abby Halpin PT, DPT, and Dr. Birgit Ekcstrom PT, DPT maintain their clinical excellence through consistent continuing education, staying up to date on current research, and intra-professional collaboration so that as a client, you are receiving the best care possible.

🌿Sunrise Doula & Bodywork: Dawn Goode is a certified massage therapist and DONA International Certified Birth Doula with a passion for supporting the body's innate ability to heal, restore, and thrive. With a focus on pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and women's health, Dawn provides compassionate, individualized care that honors each person's unique wellness journey.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Alternative Medicine from Johnson State College (now Vermont State University) in 2013 and graduated from Pyramid Holistic Wellness Center's Massage Therapy Program the same year. Dawn has completed advanced training in prenatal care through Body Brain Breath and is trained in the Spinning Babies approach.

With over 14 years of experience, Dawn blends therapeutic massage with intuitive, nurturing care to help clients feel more balanced, connected, and supported in their bodies.

With very heavy hearts, we’re sharing that our beloved Julie is officially leaving the Woodhaven family as she begins an exciting new journey to acupuncture school.

While we couldn’t be more proud of her and all that’s ahead, it’s hard to say goodbye after 10 incredible years together.

Julie took a chance on John and I when we first opened Woodhaven, and over the past decade she’s been so much more than a coworker. She believed in our vision from the very beginning, supported Woodhaven through every season, and became such a special part of our family’s lives….including our children’s.

There are simply no words to express how much we’ll miss her. Julie, thank you for your unwavering support, your kindness, your dedication, and for being such an important part of the Woodhaven story. Your impact on our practice, our patients, and our family will never be forgotten.

We love you, we’re endlessly grateful for you, and we can’t wait to watch you thrive in this next chapter 🤍

We have some very exciting things on the horizon and are looking to continue expanding the services we offer within our practice.
