About ready to pour the sub deck on Monday after a bunch of bonding and rebar! Plumbing is all finished up. Pool power and other conduit is finished along with a gas line run for pool heater. Big moves! Closer and closer to beginning pool coping.

Thats a wrap on our project in Morristown. We built these walls this past winter and returned to finish the rest of the project. We did the entire landscape install from the patio/walkway all the way to the finish with the plantings and mulching. Excited to see this one grow out.

Big progress on this project! We are working with to get the bones of this monster 20’x40’ salt water pool installed so that we can begin the rest of the stone, lots of it and something different than bluestone! This pool is going to set the bar for many others and is something unique. Thank you to for great concrete work, for a great design to work off, and for their scopes of work with getting this monster landscape looking great with plantings! We look forward to posting updates on this one for you all.

Quick retaining wall rebuild for last week. We matched the existing fieldstone walls with Pennsylvania fieldstone and added three 6’ bluestone steps. The material blended nicely and looks like it has been there for years.

Finished up this site work project. New frost wall for addition, downspout drainage system as well as a stainless steel trench drain detail to be sure this Burlington home is protected from any storm. The thickened slab entrance way is built with 4’ footings to support a new roof. We also took care of the new walkway and driveway with doing the concrete and asphalt. Thats a wrap for us and can continue to work their magic on this renovation.

Between our two projects going right now we have been doing a lot of excavation, site work, frost walls for additions, and piers for new decks. About to be ready for to come back for more concrete and paving then we will be back to the other for drainage installation and site prep.
