I have had a week to process and unpack eXp World Holdings, Inc. acquiring NextHome and what that means for us as Broker/Owners, agents, and most importantly, our clients.
The real estate industry is constantly evolving, and our leadership at NextHome is positioning us to continue growing and adapting through the changes happening in our industry while continuing to support agents and consumers at a high level.
What does this mean?
1. There are now two models under eXp World Holdings, Inc. We are not becoming eXp. eXp will remain a cloud-based brokerage and NextHome will continue operating as its own franchise under eXp World Holdings, Inc. Our leadership team stays in place and will continue growing the NextHome brand and supporting franchise owners across the country. We will continue to be independently owned and operated as NextHome Fredricksen Real Estate, just as we have for the past 10 years since joining NextHome. Our branding stays, our signs stay, and yes....our mascot Luke stays.
2. Our culture remains the same. We will continue to be a voice for the consumer, stay active in the community, and provide the same trusted service and relationships our clients have come to know and love.
3. For our clients, nothing changes. Same personalized service, local knowledge, transparency, and commitment you have always known us for. Our leadership, branding, culture, and values all remain the same.
4. What this partnership does bring is increased stability in this crazy ever-changing industry, resources, innovation, and long-term support. eXp's global reach, financial strength, and technology will create additional opportunities and tools that will continue to benefit both agents and consumers moving forward.
5. NextHome Fredricksen Real Estate will continue looking toward the future while staying grounded in the relationships, knowledge, and service our clients and agents value most.
