WABA's Parade of Homes is this SATURDAY (9/26). Aside from a lineup of beautiful homes in the Williston area, we have two gorgeous new builds in the Watford City area in this event. And BOTH qualify for McKenzie County's aggressive $40,000 Down Payment Assistance program for eligible buyers. You won't want to miss these!

The first property (top photo) is built on a 3+ acre lot and features a spacious master suite on the main floor and a finished flex space over the three-car garage. (We would use it for an office, but you do you.) Enjoy unobstructed views from its wrap around deck.

Oh, hello Beautiful. 😍

We love to see a crazy glow up! You can see it too, during the WABA Parade of Homes on Saturday (9/26). This downtown beauty queen was built in 1909 and has spent roughly the last year+ being meticulously pulled apart and put back together again by Get-R-Done Construction. Come check it out in person, 11a-5p, at 429 7th Ave W in Williston. We will post a complete list of new and remodeled homes for our autumn event this week!

We love a good historical romance! If you've lived in Williston for a few years, you have probably driven past this Parade of Homes entry on Main Street. Built in 1920, this six unit apartment building slowly succumbed to time and was really showing her age and lack of care.

Her current owners, Suazo Dahl Group, took everything out down to the studs and brought the building back to life with fresh electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety features and more. This may be the only time you get to see inside this local treasure. With the ink still fresh on the rental agreement, the building's owners offered to open it to the public this Saturday for the WABA Parade of Homes before the building starts its new life as a modern duplex.
