It's amazing how many farms I get to with improper grounding and wiring of electric fences. Most fencers/shockers at 10,000 volt dc or more. When things aren't right the current is going a find buildings, wells and many other objects to grab on to.

Why would a power company on a dairy farm that had two transformers with neutral isolator install a third transformer and not install a neutral isolator? Just don't make any sense.
