Minnesota employers -- be aware of changes coming up in 2027! The state of Minnesota has announced a new statewide minimum wage that will take effect next year:

• $11.87 per hour for all employers
• $9.68 per hour training wage for employees under age 20 during their first 90 days of employment

Now is a good time for employers to begin reviewing payroll budgets, hiring plans, and labor costs in preparation for these changes.
