Our hearts are heavy as we mourn the tragic loss of Jeff Bauman.

Jeff was more than an employee at Anez Consulting, he was a trusted colleague, a mentor, and a friend. He set the standard for how to serve our clients with integrity, authenticity, and unwavering commitment to our values. His depth of knowledge and expertise, particularly in permitting, compliance, and nutrient and manure management, was unmatched and deeply respected by all who worked with him.

Jeff had a true passion for agriculture and was a dedicated advocate for the producers and clients he served. His impact on our team and our industry will not be forgotten.

His deep faith and love for Jesus guided how he lived his life and how he cared for others. We find comfort in knowing he is now at peace.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his wife, Bobbie, and his children, Joel and Leah, whom he spoke of with great pride and love.

For nearly 13 years, we were privileged to work alongside Jeff. He leaves behind a lasting legacy, and while his absence is deeply felt, we will strive each day to honor his memory in the work we do and the lives we touch.
