EMSAR Listens. A recent Wisconsin customer survey stated "I have always been impressed with the knowledge your service techs have. I have used your services for over 10 years. I also like the "no nonsense approach". They keep their appointment time, show up, get the job done, advise me and leave. They show back up with any follow up parts to install on a timely manor. Being in the service industry is very demanding and "Attitude" is so very important in dealing with the customers issues. We pride ourselves not only in our Technician's technical skills, but also their ability to present a positive attitude when assisting customers.

A customer took the time to complete a survey for services performed by Technician David Trost of EMSAR New Jersey stating: "David was fantastic today! We had our stair chairs serviced at our building. He not only showed me what was wrong with our equipment but he educated me on things we may be doing wrong with our equipment and demonstrated techniques we can implement at our Corps. I am so happy he was able to teach me in a caring and professional manner. Thank you so much David. I truly appreciate you and the time you took out of your busy day to answer all of my questions and concerns and for showing me how we can improve! I will for sure recommend you to the neighboring Corps around us!" Melissa

Thanks to David and all of our other Technicians and support staff that go the extra mile in providing customer services in a manner that they remember and are willing to recommend to others.

EMSAR Listens to our customers. A recent "EMSAR Listens" Survey stated "Great job by Lynn in identifying and fixing issues." The customer was referring to Technician Lynn Olson of EMSAR Wisconsin. Our technicians vigorously train to learn to troubleshoot and identify issues as well as use logical thought processes to "fix" customer's equipment. Technicians also build relationships with and spend time with the customers to learn how their equipment is used and provide tips on how to prevent damage. Our Technicians "fix" more than equipment, they help customers "fix" their equipment worries and provide peace of mind.

Although our technicians are trained to be the "service and repair" technical professionals they are, EMSAR also encourages and nurtures soft skills and customer service development that allows our technicians to be that trusted source of assistance when needed most.
