We’re excited to share that CASTUS Technologies has been awarded a $75,000 Technology, Development, and Commercialization (TDC) federal grant from NOAA, through the Braid Theory Accelerator Program and The Continuum Project.
This support marks a major milestone for our team as we move from development into real-world deployment. The grant will enable us to execute pilot projects that validate our AI-powered ocean intelligence platform—designed to locate, track, and predict the movement of floating objects across oceans, rivers, and coastal environments.
At a time when billions are spent annually on search and response operations—and most of that cost goes into searching—this funding helps us bring a more efficient, data-driven approach to the field.
We’re grateful to NOAA, Braid Theory, and The Continuum Project for supporting innovation in the blue economy and believing in our vision.
The work ahead is just getting started. 🌊

🌊 Thrilled to Share Some Exciting News with the CASTUS Community! 🚀

We're proud to announce that CASTUS has been selected as part of the Seaworthy Collective's fourth cohort. This marks a significant milestone in our journey towards creating impactful ocean and climate solutions.

This year's cohort stands out for its emphasis on local talent from South Florida, reflecting Seaworthy Collective's dedication to fostering an inclusive and diverse BlueTech ecosystem.

As one of the seven startups chosen from over 100 applicants, CASTUS is honored to join this mission-driven community.

Our inclusion in Seaworthy Collective's Startup Studio and Incubator program opens up incredible opportunities. Over the next three months, we'll connect with their expansive network of over 2,250 members and 250 mentors, alongside a global coalition of investors dedicated to environmental innovation.

This collaboration, supported by partnerships with organizations like Salesforce and the U.S. Small Business Administration, empowers us without equity dilution.

Continuing on the progress made after winning Entrepreneurs' Society Startup Competition pre-incubator program.

We are thrilled to announce that CASTUS has been selected to advance to the next stage in the selection process of American University in Cairo Venture Lab Accelerator Program!

AUC Venture Lab is Egypt’s first university-based incubator and accelerator at The American University in Cairo, and lately was recognized as 'Best Accelerator Program' in the Global Startup Awards Africa - Northern Africa for 2022/23!

Our commitment to innovation, sustainability, and combating ocean pollution aligns perfectly with AUC Venture Lab's mission. As we progress towards the final phase of the selection process – the panel interview – we eagerly anticipate the knowledge and expertise we will gain during the BOOTCAMP.

We are glad to announce that we have won the Startup Competition at the American University in Cairo. A competition organized by Entrepreneurs' Society, academically advised by AUC Venture Lab and entalq was its strategic partner.
It was an incredible 10 weeks ride and we succeeded in securing 100,000 EGP grand prize at the end of it.
We are excited for what is coming for CASTUS and we are getting steps closer to introduce our revolutionary AI solution that will play a major role in reviving our oceans.

We are glad to announce that CASTUS has succeeded in reaching the Startup Competition Finals at the American University in Cairo. A pre-incubation program that is organized by Entreprenuers' Society and sponsored by entlaq and academically advised by AUC Venture Lab. And currently we will be competing for 100,000 EGP Grand Prize and a place at entlaq Accelerator Program which is a 4 to 6 months accelerator journey that will give us the chance to receive up to 50K USD fund.
