Our team will, forever and always remain customer focused. In 2012, CloudWyze set out to educate small businesses on how to leverage data centers just as enterprise IT has been doing for years. After researching the market and industry, CloudWyze discovered the main reason small businesses struggled was due to the misalignment of customer goals, weak support mechanisms, and holes in the delivery of the services. In 2013, CloudWyze created a Cloud Delivery System comprised of wireline and wireless networks owned by CloudWyze to close the gap in the delivery of services to the customer.
