1. Sleep hygiene, I know this is easier said than done. The secret is daily habits. Try to have the same sleep schedule on most days. A night time routine is so important to wind down. Nothing to eat or drink, except water or tea of course, 3 hours before bed.

2. Nutrition void of processed food, seed oils and sugars. There is so much confusing information our there about nutrition. Stick with food in its most natural form. 1 gram of protein per gram of goal body weight to help regulate blood sugar and build lean muscle mass. Healthy fats like avocado 🥑 to add a satiety to your meals. Carbohydrates like sweet potato 🍠 will turn into energy and be stored in your muscles as fuel.

3. Strength train 💪. Be smart and if you need guidance find someone to help you build a program to increase your strength and metabolism. Three times a week is a great goal.

4. Sweat, cardio, sauna, hot yoga or a hot bath.sweating decreases inflammation in the body and rids toxins.

5. Stress management, ex. meditation, long walks outside, breath, surround yourself with people, places and things that bring you joy!
